I have been in the process of setting up a new server and followed all the best practices. I have done very little in the way of customizations. However, one I have made is the HTTP redirect to HTTPS. Recently I have noticed that HTTPS Bindings Monitor is averaging around 16K ms in response time. I am the only user logged in with only 70 nodes being monitored. The console responsiveness is abysmal. I have checked the Solarwinds server and database server logs for errors or issues and found none. CPU and memory utilization is normal for both. I did remove the redirection and re established standard HTTP and the performance issues persisted. I was working with support, case # is 939406 but have since closed it. Interestingly enough, I removed the AppInsight for IIS as a test and the performance issues went away. Needless to say, this does not instill confidence in deploying this monitor in our environment. I have looked through both the knowledge base and Thwack for possible solutions and tried most of what I found without success. If anyone has any insight, I would appreciate it.
