MSExchange Database Counters missing on Exchange 2010 servers

When I configured AppInsight for Exchange recently I noticed that the following Database counters were all greyed out on 4 of my 6 Exchange servers and the error message 'Performance counter not found' was displayed.

I/O Database Reads Average Latency

I/O Database Writes Average Latency

I/O Log Reads Average Latency

I/O Log Writes Average Latency

Log Threads Waiting

I have found 3 MSExchange Database Performance Counters on the 2 servers that aren't displaying these problems which aren't on the 4 servers showing the error messages (see below)

I have compared the setup files in :\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Setup\Perf between the servers having these Database Counters and those that don't and I see no difference in the files in these folders. It might help if I knew what the file names were for these counters but I don't.

I have come across a few write ups on Exchange Counters but none specifically on these counters, I have checked the registry entries and run an unlodctr ESE and lodctr eseperf.ini and although these seem to complete ok they don't have any effect on the problem I am having, a reboot of the server made no difference either.

Any ideas would be appreciated as there doesn't seem to be anyway in disabling these counters in AppSight for Exchange and they are an eyesore on what seems to be an otherwise useful app.
