Exchange 2010 Application Templates

We have NPM 10.5 and SAM 5.5.

I have added application templates for Exchange Mailbox services and it works great and shows up under the applications tab, Exchange view. Great.

Add the HUB and CAS services templates to two other exchange boxes. These install fine and show up under the summary but not under the Exchange view. When I drill down under All Applications i can find it but it lists the Node Application as "unknown".

How do I tweak this so that it shows up under the Exchange view?
