AppInsight for Exchange 2013 stop working

apply MS Exchange 2013 SP1 has caused AppInsights for Exchange stop working.  This is the error I get:

 

WinRM test was successful.
PowerShell Exchange web site testing failed with the following error:
Connecting to remote server <IP Address> failed with the following error message : [ClientAccessServer=<Server Host name>,BackEndServer=,RequestId=2357ea6b-f4fe-45ba-8650-0d87887c7013,TimeStamp=4/21/2015 8:06:37 PM] Access is denied. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

 

I have tried re-configured the server but encounter the same error.

HELP!!!
