Weird Alerts

This really isn't an issue that I thought I needed to open a Tech support ticket.  I'm hoping the brilliant minds who contribute to this forum might have the answer I'm seeking.  So here's the issue.  Every so often, we get alerts that hardware sensors in a server have a status of "UP".  I have tried to figure out what's triggering these non-alert alerts but thus far no luck.  What this does happen we get e-mail alerts for all sensors in a server.  CPU's, memory modules, power supplies...  I've included a screen shot of the alerts.  I do have an alert in-place to send out an e-mail when a hardware component goes down and that is working just fine.  There is no rhyme or reason as to what triggers these non-alert alerts other than is does seem to happen when a server is rebooted, but not all the time.  It's definitely intermittent.  Shown below is what the alert looks like

The CPU, Intel(R) Xeon(TM) Processor 2.4 GHz (x64 Family 6 Model 44 Stepping 2) on [Redacted Server Name]has a current status of Up.
