Full Scans/sec of the Orion DB **Need help**

I'm part of a team that is deploying out SolarWinds for an MSP.   Presently our SolarWinds DB is tossing a Full Scans/SEC Critical Alert 74.

Our DB Server is an R710 running a RAID 10 config with 4 drives. We are still building the environment but it'll ultimately be residing in an R720X with 12 HD's, 12 cores and 64GB of Ram.

I'm trying to optimize the system as much as I can now as we scale.  We are presently only using NPM,NCM and SAM.

I've done the following to optimize the DB.(DB size is about 15GB and holding steady for 48 hours+)

1. Truncated DB.

2. Configure trap disgarding on multiple useless traps. (even disabled the trap service)

3. Rebuilt old indexes lowering fragmentation drastically.

Any other ideas?
