SAM 6.1 RC3 Errors

We have setup Appinsight for Exchange on two of our DAG's and are getting errors after successfully configuring the template. Under DAG info we are seeing:

PowerShell script error. An Active Manager operation failed. Error An error occurred while attempting a cluster operation. Error: Cluster API 'OpenByNames('MTXIBS-EXMB02.matrix.local', 'MTXIBS-EXMB01.matrix.local') failed for each server. Specific exceptions: 'An Active Manager operation failed. Error An error occurred while attempting a cluster operation. Error: Cluster API '"OpenCluster(MTXIBS-EXMB02.matrix.local) failed with 0x5. Error: Access is denied"' failed..', 'An Active Manager operation failed. Error An error occurred while attempting a cluster operation. Error: Cluster API '"OpenCluster(MTXIBS-EXMB01.matrix.local) failed with 0x5. Error: Access is denied"' failed..'.' failed..

Under databases we are seeing:

Unexpected error occurred. error while processing component ABXM:1461, error details: SolarWinds.Orion.Common.SWException: Cannot process database OP Mail, because info related to SHARED-DAG DAG is not available at SolarWinds.APM.BlackBox.Exchg.Collector.ResultProcessing.DatabaseProcessor.ProcessResult(CustomDataTableProbeResult res) at SolarWinds.APM.BlackBox.Exchg.Collector.ResultProcessing.CustomResultProcessorBase.ProcessInternal(CustomDataTableProbeResult probeResult) at SolarWinds.APM.BlackBox.Exchg.Collector.ResultProcessing.CustomResultProcessorBase.Process(CustomDataTableProbeResult probeResult)

I have scoured the thwack forums but can't find anything related directly to these errors. From the looks of things everything is set correctly in powershell and winrm. Is anyone else seeing these errors or potentially know hot to fix them?
