Question:
Is there a way for SolarWinds to display (on a map or in a dashboard view) what the current primary node is in a Microsoft SQL Server cluster?
Some background: Our business application's database is in a SQL Server 2008 with SP3 active-passive cluster. Only 2 SQL Servers are a part of this cluster - no more. We want to be able to open the SolarWinds dashboard and have it tell us which SQL server is currently the primary node of the cluster and what is the secondary. Can this be done?
