I am working on a fairly new implementation of SAM 6.0.x. Right from the start I observed several of our database servers peaking out physical memory. Since these are DBs on VMware, I had to get our VMware admin to add additional memory.
When the VMware admin looked at the VMware console, he says VMware says guest memory utilization is about 10 percent. Windows and SolarWinds SAM say that memory utilization is around 95%.
Who is lying?
Or, am I completely confused on this?
