And can anyone explain these SQL log events about the account used to monitor with Appinsight for SQL?

(the made-up IP of 100.100.100.100 is the Orion SQL server)
And also, can anyone explain these poll statuses of 'unknown' (which might have something to do with the above and with Top Indexes)?
