Monitoring Cisco CallManager 9.1 with SAM?

Hello all,

 

I am currently trying to get SAM to monitor our Cisco Call Manager 9.1 system and am unable to get SAM to detect Call Manager at all.

 

I have tried all the Call Manager templates I could find on Thwack and tried importing them from within SAM (ones for v8/10, could find none specifically for v9) however when attempting a scan on the Cisco servers nothing is ever detected. I have tried scanning using only <Inherit Credential From Node> which I believe should use our SNMP string which is configured (is that correct?) and also using usernames/passwords for the Call Manager system.

 

If anyone could advise on what to try next, I would greatly appreciate it.
