Weird results when testing an HTTPS Monitor

I just built a new HTPS Monitor, and put it into a standard SAM Template.

When I assign a test node to the Component Monitor in the template, and run the test, I get the following error:

Error:

The icon underneath the test node indicates is still running, and never finishes.

However, if I Submit it, and allow the Application Monitor to run, it sees the webpage, no problem, and does not log an error. Once this started, it is now doing it to other Templates that were previously working.

What is this error from? How can I make it so that I can run tests in the Template Wizard again?

Thanks

EDIT: This is happening on ALL Application Monitor tests, it turns out. I have some PowerShell and service monitors, and they are giving the same result when I try to run a test.
