I wanted to know if anybody else has encountered this as well. Out of the blue (as far as I know) about 40 or so of the Windows Server 2003-2012 Services and Counters template went into an unknown state. The error stated in Solarwinds was "Connection Timeout. Job Cancelled by Scheduler". Some research suggests I change the Polling/Timeoute frequency (from 300 to 600 for polling and from 300 to 1200 for timout frequency) which I did and then I also stopped and restarted Orion services twice. That helped at first but then it went back to unknown. In addition, I double checked the credentials and they are correct as well. The other templates (for services) are fine only this Template on many servers.
Also rebooted our server that holds SAM and NPM and it is still the same.
Any suggestions would be awesome.
