Hello peeps and fellow geeks
First time installer of Appsight for Exchange and I need some help getting this task completed successfully. After following all the pre-requisites for installation I'm having a coupe of problems with some of the monitors.
The installation of Appsight for Exchange was a success from the application monitor template, I did have some issues but the admin guide and Thwack helped get these issues resolved. The account for "exchange server credentials" and "configuring the exchange server" completed successfully.
The monitors that I'm having difficulties with is the "Information store" and "calendar and resource booking" (returning a unknown status). I have added the AD user permissions to mailbox search using the powershell commands as specified. I'm just struggling trying to get this last element working, I'm not experienced in Exchange so not sure where to begin.
I re-ran the installation several times with no change in outcome.
Any help is appreciated.
