Editing of manual "TCP PORT" message for trigger

Hi All,

I have an alert please investigate ${NodeName} because the ${ComponentsWithProblems}.  However, I am monitoring 3 different TCP ports that I created manually.  In my alert message, I am getting.

the TCP Port Monitor(Down), TCP Port Monitor(Down)

Is there a way to change this so that it will tell me the TCP port that is down not just a list of the same thing over and over?
