I am still new to using SAM and I don't use it every day so I have a hard time finding my way. I have noticed the need to get notified by email of servers that are down for longer than 20 minutes. This would be very useful since patching is done twice a month. I instantly thought, "Hey, I wonder if SAM can do this?" I am looking for a step by step process to build this task in SolarWinds SAM. I wish to be notified by email when a server is down for longer than 20 minutes. I definitely need this emailed and I also need to include the server's name in the email. I also want to make sure that only ONE email is sent. Any help would be appreciated.
