Simple Alert - This alert would be immediately triggered on 0 object(s) in alert scope.....WHY?

Hi

I am trying to create a simple alert to notify when a certain event is occuring in Windows Event log.

On the summary pane it says "This alert would be immediately triggered on 0 object(s) in alert scope"
The triggers are "Application Name" and "Windows Event Messages.

Then on the summary pane I see "This alert would be immediately triggered on 0 object(s) in alert scope"

I have 5 servers in the Application monitor....so the alert should be triggered on 5 objects, but doesn't seem to do so.

I am not very familar with SAM alerts, so any help would be apprecitaed.
