AppInsight for IIS - Monitoring of Sub Sites

Hello,

I have just started using App Insight for IIS with version 6.2.1 of SAM and am wondering how I can get the template to monitor web applications underneath the top level sites in IIS. Is this possible?

Example:

Default Website
|---Some Application or Site under Default Website
