Forgive me if this is a noob question. We just purchased SAM & Web Help Desk, and I received an alert today in SAM for an upgrade to 6.2. I started the download and started reading the documentation in the links that came with the notice to download. It it really as simple as backing up my database and kicking off the package that I downloaded? I've got zero experience with this product, but I am very impressed and excited with what I have seen thus far. I can't wait to start digging in deeper beyond the out of the box stuff, but don't want to blow up what I already have by incorrectly applying the update.
