I'm not able to view transaction data for IIS. I'm evaluating SAM and was watching some of the SolarWinds Lab videos and in #26 (~39:30 mark) they showed that when you drilled down to an AppInsight for IIS view for Microsoft IIS there were tabs on the side, one for the Summary and one for Transactions.
I'm monitoring some web servers and when I go to that view I don't have any tabs on the left. If I go to Customize Page and then select the Transactions tab and click Preview it says that no transactions exist.
Do I need to do some additional configuration/template to get transaction info? Initially, when I added the servers, they were in an unknown state and I had to go in and run the AppInsight for IIS configuration Wizard (which completed successfully) and objects are now reporting back status, whereas they were gray before running the wizard. What needs to be done to get the transaction info? Thanks.
