Adding Windows Performance Monitor for Avg. Disk sec/Transfer

Hello. My sysadmin asked me to add a check for Avg Disk sec/transfer. We are trying to not use an instance of _Total and would like to use <All Instances> like it appears in PerfMon in windows... How do we do this? We are trying to of course capture all drives and not alert on _Total. I hope this makes sense.
