Oracle User Experience Monitor - Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider...

I've been trying to move some of our Oracle-based monitoring to the Oracle User Experience Monitor, without success.

I started with the "Configuring and Integrating Oracle" document that's been highlighted in other Thwack conversations on this topic.

The Oracle 11 client was already installed, but the installation was suspect (no ORACLE_HOME environment variable, for example), so I deleted it and did a reinstall using a fresh download of the ODTwithODAC1120320_32bit distro from Oracle.  Tested my template, and received:

The Oracle Client software must be properly installed to use the Oracle QA Monitor.

Component uses following Oracle Client Driver: ODP_NET. This particular Oracle Client software can be downloaded from the Oracle ODP.Net webpage.

Underlying exception message is: 'Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider. It may not be installed.'.

"Configuring and Integrating Oracle" has a nice troubleshooting section, and I followed that next.  Here's where I start to see differences:

When running the process explorer I don't find any processes named "SWJobEngineWorker2.exe".  I have a process "SWJobEngineWorker2x64.exe".  That process does have an ORACLE_HOME variable and it does point to the correct location.  It does not, however, show "oci.dll" or anything to indicate that it has found the Oracle installation.

Moving to the process monitor, I set up the filter and test a component.  Still no mention of oci.dll.  I then changed the "path" filter to "contains: Oracle" -- the base directory of the Oracle installation.  Still nothing.

At this point, I'm at a loss as to what my next steps should be to get this working.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,  C.
