second orion server; is it possible and does it require additional licenses?

I have my main datacenter at the local office, and some server racks at a colocation facility.  I want to setup monitoring locally on both sides in the event of a network link failure.  Is it possible to setup an Orion server at both sites, and have them linked so I can see all the information from a single console; or would it have to be two separate instances?  What are the licensing implications?  For example, if I already purchased licenses for 200 nodes of license X, could I use 50 at Site A and 150 at Site B?
