So this morning we received alerts from several disabled components within an active Application Monitor. I have found these:

... but these all point to a work-around to functionality that should not behave this way. If the Component Monitor is disabled, it should not cause an alert to fire. The work-around is not entirely feasible in large enterprise environments, and obviously not a few people have had this same problem... so when might this be fixed?
