powershell script to monitor exchange store

Hi. 

I am looking for a powershell script that will allow me to monitor if the store has restarted post reboot.  WMI (\ROOT\MicrosoftExchangeV2) is no longer supported for Exchange 2007 & later so I cannot use the APM Exchange Malibox store monitor from 2009.  https://thwack.solarwinds.com/docs/DOC-67505
