Hard drive failure not detected on HP server

Any idea why Solarwinds can't detect a failed hard drive on an HP Proliant 380 G5? I've tried WMI and SNMP. Do we need HP Insight Manager installed on all of our physical HP boxes? Thanks for your help!Image may be NSFW.
