using SAM to query license server count

I have an On Screen TakeOff network license server and I was wondering if SAM could be used to poll and log the current available license count.  This would help me determine if all licenses are being used and if so, what time of the day.

The OST license server is running on a W2k8R2 server and the service is OCS ELM Transport Service.
