We are currently using SAM 5.0 to monitor some custom .exe's on a server to determine how much of the processor and RAM they are using for historical purposes. These .exe's are triggered to run through a job scheduler and are set to run at specified times and then shut themselves down, ending the process. Is there a way to have SAM not show the application or the compenent as "Down" when they are not running? Since we know they are not going to be on 100% of the time the notification of this event on the main page is not necessarry.
