I hope this is the right forum to ask the question and not an NPM question?
What I would like to do or what management would like to see is a Fiscal year end report for the Component and Application availability uptime.
With that being said, what I'm working on is creating the reports for all 4 quarters and at the end of those 4 quarters they would like to see the average uptime for all those quarters combined
(I.E our SLA to the customer and executive management is %99.999) and our Fiscal year is July1-July1 so that covers two different years and SW support says they can only do the summary for each year seperatly but my mgmt staff wants to see for the Fical year the combined total of %99.999 or whatever that value may be.
I understand that it would be a custom SQL query but since I'm a novice on SQL I don't know how to go about doing so or if it can even been done. So hopefully one of you SQL guru's can point me in the right direction or one of you guys may have done this type of report in the past.
Any help would be great.
