I've run into an interesting situation and I'm looking for some input. I have a number of servers (about 11 out of 1100) where any WMI component monitor applied to them return the error "The WMI credentials are not valid. Unable to connect to "xxx.xx.xxx.xx" as "domain\username"." What makes this interesting to me is that our Security and Access people assure me that all of the permissions are correct on this server. Yet, when I switch the fetching method of the component to RPC from WMI, I get back a successful test and data for that component.
Does anyone have any idea on what the issue here could be?
