Our organization has had APM running for several months now and have had very little issues until recently. In our Cisco Call Manager Environment, I am using APM to monitor pertinent processes for our Publishers and Subscribers. These monitors were working just fine, and then after a reboot of these servers during a maintenance window, APM is reporting the Process Monitor Statuses as Unknown. On the Info drop down it says "SNMP Monitor Execution Error. Invalid processor count". A have performed a search in the forums, but have not found anything that applies to this error. We have two other Subscribers in our environemnt utilizing the same monitoring template and they are working fine. I have deleted these affected servers from monitoring and have re-added them with no success. Additionally, I have verified that SNMP services are running too. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Below is a screenshot of the error:
