AppInsight for Exchange - Tuning

Problem:

Alert me when mailbox database is in warning or critical state is still triggering. How can i fix this problem?

If i clear it, it immediately comes back in the view. (trying to trace the source down)

I'm working through the tuning of the AppInsight for Exchange template.

Scenario:

3 node DAG, 27 DBs.

I've attached possibilities of where I think this is being raised.

Screenshots Possibility 2,3,4

I've set the Slow Findrow, I/O Database Reads and I/O Writes to not trigger health state unless it remains greater than 100for at least 3 polls (we have spikes, backups, and a number of big mailboxes 40GB+)

In my screenshots of USDB01 you see these as possibilities.

I suspect the unknown status in Possibility5 screenshot is causing the health failure. Possibility1 then is the display of the condition.

So the million dollar question.

I don't see a corresponding monitor in the template.

Where does this negative state come from?

Is this powershell script one that i can run on the exchange server directly and monitor the output?

Also forgot to mention I am monitoring all three Exchange DAG members so I don't feel it is related to this KB:

SolarWinds Knowledge Base :: AppInsight for Exchange: Mailbox Database statistics are not appearing.

Best Regards,

David
