Tried to search for this but not having a lot of luck. I have a Barracuda Archiver appliance that archives mail from my Exchange environment. I've grabbed the MIBs but it doesn't seem that there is any place to upload them. Upon further investigation, it seems SW keeps a rolling library they update with all MIBs for common things. [cool!] So it seems I don't have to do anything there.
I made a new template, added a SNMP monitor to it, and filled in the blanks with the OID, etc. When I run it, I get "SNMP Monitor execution error. Generic Error" in red.
Screenshot below of the monitor:

Clik here to view.
I will admit I am very weak on SNMP as most everything I monitor is WMI so I feel like I'm missing something obvious.
I've attached the two mib files that Barracuda provides. If I am reading them right, these are really the main three items I should be able to get:
Objects:
* 1.3.6.1.4.1.20632.6.2 -- QueueFiles
* 1.3.6.1.4.1.20632.6.3 -- UnfinishedFiles
* 1.3.6.1.4.1.20632.6.4 -- IndexCount
When I do a snmpget against the appliance it can't find .2 and has no values for .3 and .4 ...
OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.20632.6.2
Failed to get value of SNMP variable. Timeout.
OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.20632.6.3

OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.20632.6.4

Thoughts? Suggestions? Guidance for the SNMP-impaired?
Thanks!
