How to alert based on threshold status: Warning or Critical

Hello forum,

I'm running SAM 5.5.

I'm looking for a way to alert based on the Warning or Critical status of a component monitor.   The monitor type is 42 (Event Log).   The statisctic value is the numbwer of events.

I would like to alert based on the status (Wrng, Crit) not the actual threshold value.

Can't seem to quickly figure out how to do this?  

Any help?
