AppInsight for Exchange Database Preferred Server Issues/Question

In our environment we added the AppInsight for Exchange monitoring via the list resources link. Allowed SAM to configure the servers for the necessary access. And I have verified that the domain account monitoring the environment has administrative access to each Exchange server, as well as being a member of View-Only Organization Management and Mailbox Search roles within Exchange. I have checked, double checked, and triple checked the available documentation, and we have added this monitoring the correct way.

That being said, we are seeing a discrepancy with one of the monitors. The Mailbox Database Status is showing that the database is not mounted on the preferred server for each of our mailbox databases. This has been true for a few weeks now since we installed the latest update and began using the AppInsight for Exchange monitoring template:

Next is the Mailbox Database Copies, which shows (correctly I might add) which Mailbox Database is mounted on which server:

Compare this to the Exchange Management Console:

Obviously I had to obscure the full names of our servers, but I assure you that the one listed above as Activation Preference 1 matches what the 2nd screen shot in this post has as the mounted location of the database.

So why is it that the Mailbox Database Copies component is able to correctly see that the database is mounted on a server, whereas the Mailbox Database Status component sees it as not being mounted on the preferred server?

We would love to use this monitoring feature, but at its current state with returning incorrect values, it is unreliable at best.

Anyone else experiencing this same behavior? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
