Was looking to upgrade a client to SAM 6.1 and ran into a pop up stating we had to be on NPM 10.7. Why suddenly are modular upgrades becoming dependent on the version of NPM. In past upgrades, as long as you were within 1 or two versions, a new module could be upgraded without issue. Now suddenly if you want to upgrade SAM, you have to be on the most current rev of NPM? This seems like a step backwards to me. In the past, the new module would simply upgrade the Core install when needed, but not force you to go through an entire upgrade for another module. Why the sudden change? Why not allow 6.1 to be installed with NPM 10.6.1?
