Using app called ServiceNow to build a configuration management database.

Using app called ServiceNow to build a configuration management database (CMDB). Would like to export the data from the CMDB into SolarWinds. ServiceNow exports XLS files.SolarWinds Custom Property Editor accepts XLS files. But how to automate the process? Can schedule ServiceNow to export the data as an XLS file periodically. Can SolarWinds be made to go get thedata periodically?
